I’ve been working with Chi for the last 3 months on trying to find a home to buy. What was originally supposed to be feelers on certain neighborhoods turned into active bidding within a few weeks. With the current housing market sentiments, Chi helped us navigate through what sellers wanted and helped make our offers more competitive. I never once felt pressured to overbuy, I never felt rushed on any decisions, and Chi always gave me some warnings on some places (issues with the house, school, and so on). Her expertise in Maryland counties is top-notch. Our net was wide and she was able to go to multiple counties to do a video walkthrough. Since we weren’t able to be there in person, she did some extra research on the areas and told us the pros and cons. I also had a lender in mind but she found another one that gave me a better interest rate. She also has a network of connections to build and fix things around the house that I’m sure we’ll use with our minor upgrades. Chi made it easy, she never sleeps, she made us feel comfortable with the bids and final purchase, she listened to our concerns, requirements, and opinions and provided guidance but always made us feel like we have options. I was originally planning to speak with a couple of different agents before deciding who to work with, but after our initial conversation in October, I went back to her in January when I had more serious intentions.
